I'm a co-founder and Head Coach of SCA Chess Academy in Shanghai since 2015.

As a chess player, I reached my peak rating of 2391 and two IM norms by 2007, and then I suddenly stopped playing competitive chess when I arrive in China and realized there were no tournaments opportunities here!

The love and passion for the game has never stopped, I just switched my priorities in 2015, when I solely focused on chess coaching.

I'm a certified FIDE Trainer with 10+ years experience at all levels. I'm also pursuing my ACC certificate under International Coaching Federation, to incorporate those skills into my chess coaching.
