Hello there! It's Edwin from Costa Rica. I am a National Master and a High-Performance Coach who has been playing chess for over 18 years. In 2020, I won the Costa Rican Blitz National Championship!

During all this time, I have had a lot of learnings from theoretical knowledge to practical skills such as thought process, how to train tactical patterns and decision making, all those topics I love to discuss and think about, and teach as well.

Since then, I have been coaching students of all ages and levels for 10 years, both in groups and privately. I have also been interested in teaching/learning processes and methodologies, human behavior, group dynamics, and so on.
